After a number of bounce detections, soft bounced members are assigned as a hard bounce. This number can be change due to your needs. You can set this from the mail box menu in oemPro.

Hard bounced email address will never receive emails from you anymore until they are assigned as not bounced or soft bounced manually. They are not deleted from oemPro’s database, they are only removed from the mail lists.
