How to request installation assistance from Octeth?
Just follow these steps to request installation service from Octeth Support Staff:
- Login to your client area
- Click ‘Support Requests’ link (the third one on the left)
- Select ‘Request installation assistance’ from the drop list and click the button
- Select ‘Oempro’ from the drop list and click the button
- Select your Oempro license which starts with 4700-…. from the list and click the button
- Please fill in the installation request form and submit it.
