How can I move Oempro from one server to another?
Moving Oempro from one server to another is an easy process but requires medium-level server administration knowledge.
- Backup your Oempro directory and database
- Unzip backed up Oempro directory on your new server
- Edit system/data/config/config.inc.php and system/data/db/db_config_mysql.inc.php
- Change parameters based on your new server settings
- Restore Oempro database on the new MySQL server
- Login to Octeth Client Area and change install URL of your Oempro license through ‘License Management’ area.
That’s all. Your Oempro is now functional on new location. Th
IMPORTANT: You should remove the old Oempro installation to avoid any interruptions with Oempro license agreement.
